Yes — Antalya Airport has designated smoking areas, and there are three of them. Smoking is banned inside International Terminal 1, International Terminal 2 and the domestic terminal, but each of the three has an open-air smoking terrace past the security check.
Where the terraces are
Each terrace sits airside, after the security check: Terminal 1, Terminal 2 and the domestic terminal all have one. Once you have cleared passport control and security you reach them without leaving the departures area or being screened again.
The terraces are open to the sky and look out over the apron and the runway. Because each one is integrated with the gate area, you are not cut off from the rest of the terminal while you use it — shops and food and drink stay within reach.
Smoking inside the terminals
Inside all three terminal buildings smoking is prohibited everywhere, including cafés and toilets, under Turkey's indoor smoking ban.
The airside terraces are the only smoking areas the airport designates. Before the security check there is no published smoking area inside the buildings, so the terraces are what you are looking for once you are through.
Timing it on a layover
After check-in the terraces are the only option, so on a long connection it is worth knowing where the nearest one is before you settle in somewhere. Because the terrace opens off the gate area rather than sitting at the far end of the terminal, the walk back to your gate is short — but it is still a walk, and it is the one people misjudge when boarding is already called.
