Requesting Assistance

It is vital to request wheelchair or mobility assistance through your airline at least 48 hours before your flight.

Facilities

The terminals feature step-free access, ramps, spacious elevators, and adapted restrooms. Dedicated seating areas for PRM are available near the gates.

At the Airport

Upon arrival at the airport, you can use the special assistance call points located outside the terminals to request immediate help from the staff.
